Please note we are generally on a pause in our put option selling. This is due to a couple

of factors. For example, we have a number of outstanding puts that are currently

scheduled to strike over the short term. Although we continue to market some of our

available real estate, our available liquidity from asset disposals is limited at this time.

Margin rates are relatively high should we incur debt to acquire those wonderful

Dividend Champions and Champion Tech Wannabes we typically write puts on. We are

fully invested and continue to DRIP virtually all our current interests. That said, we

continue to sell calls on companies that are no longer Dividend Champions and will

continue to sell calls as existing options expire unexecuted.

Should we see what we think is a special opportunity we may selectively resume put

selling and will post the results as usual.
