We continue to pause selling out-of-the-money puts on Dividend Champions. That is because we are on margin and do not want to risk going further on margin in these times. We do not think of ourselves as "market timers" but we believe when markets are relatively high and there is so much political, international and domestic economic risk that a margin balance can be an unnecessary risk. That said, we have a number of real estate properties under contract to sell. The proceeds will retire our margin balance. We prefer to pause further put selling until those proceeds are available and perhaps markets have taken a significant dip.
